This is by far the worst place to get in touch with. All the taxpayer money they utilize and they don't even answer the phone unless they feel like it. I've called this place over 100xs and no one answers but yet the unspecific answering machine wants specific details. Seriously?! Listen I wish there was an easier way to speak to someone. I couldn't believe how hard it is for you to pay a fine or even ask a question relating to the treasury. Who do we complain to when the city ignores its citizens? Unbelievable.
