In my business I go to several different banks I find Bank of America to be the worst they are slow and have way too many people waiting in line for to tellers one which is usually helping a manager do something for another part of the bank. I ran into a problem today I see a guy in a very big truck from New Hampshire huge tires pose into the handicap spot and walks in as I'm walking out so I called the bank manager it took seven times once they hung up the phone on me on the 7th time she answered I told her the problem with someone parking in the handicap spot I suggested she ask whose vehicle is parked in handicap parking without a sticker white truck shouldn't have been too difficult and she said she would look into it but I could tell absolutely not nothing was going to get done, I go to this bank because I have to do two other people I do business with even though I asked them constantly go to another bank this Bank of America is absolutely horrible most have listened I still have unfortunately one client who has not and I'd read it every time I have to go in there
Five Windows to help customers and most to the time just two open ,really bad customer service .
Extremely long wait times at all times of day, unhelpful and uncaring tellers and management, sometimes staffed with only a single teller for ten people in line. Would highly recommend visiting a different branch if there was another option nearby.
