He said the car had to be filled within something like 10 miles of the rental facility. I showed him the receipt and he said that was more than 10 miles away and they would have to charge me extra. So I took out my mobile phone and Google Mapped it to show it was less than 10 miles. These guys are unethical.
Staff is awful and should be fired
I had no problems getting a vehicle since I reserved online and I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. The rental was inexpensive and the Ford Focus was decent as I expected. Remember to save your receipt when filing up for gas and arrive back early to be sure you have time to get back to the airport.
These mother f**kers hung up on me when I just called for rates.

Went there just this week and yes the place is a couple of miles from Logan Airport, the shuttle wasn't too long a wait. Once I got there a wonderful lady named Rose was kind, patient and offered all the usual options you need when renting a car.
