Ordered medium sirloin ... got medium well
I ordered the pork shop dinner with two sides and apple sauce gravy on top because the picture looked really good! Once I got home I realized that the picture was a phony, it wasn't a pork chop, instead it was two over cooked dried pork tenderloins. And the Apple sauce gravy??? Yeah right,,, more like a side of Mott's Apple sauce on the side, you know the one your mom packed for your lunch when you was a kid? I thought they gave me the wrong order but no, they have false pictures of food hangin up that they didn't cook but instead try to copy but do a poor job at it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement!! You are not going to get what you think by looking at the food pictures! My sides were, masked potatoes and Mac and cheese which was also nasty, lack of flavor and salt. I wasted my money by getting food at this place,,,, I would have been more satisfied going to Burger King! Don't waste your time or money, go to a real place where you can feel confident knowing that the food pictures you order is what you will get!!!
I took one more chance today and now regretting it!
This place is a complete joke for a restaurant. I used to order from here faithfully until over a year ago. I placed a delivery on pasta night and got the chicken, ziti and broccoli. The chicken was so greasy it shined, the broccoli was brown and the pasta was so chewy you could not bite through it. I actually drove my entree down there and asked management to eat it. The manager looked at me like i was nuts and refused. Last night I decided to give them another chance. How bad could it have been. Well things have gotten 100% worse. I ordered a fishermen platter with 3 chowder s for my family. The order takerhung up on me before i could tell him i wanted to pay with debit. I also asked that extra tarter be placed in the bag. NO TARTER in the bag. Not only did they fail to put it in the bag, they charge extra for it. I called back and was told someone would bring me some on next delivery out. An hour passed and still no-one. I again drove down there and spoke with management. I was told that tarter sauce is not something that comes with the entree, it needs to be requested. I did request it, was charged for it and never received it. The restaurant was filthy and employees were handling food with no gloves. Please think twice before ordering from this place. They do not care about their consumers or the filthy product they sell.
I was just in Boston for a night. Great service. They even deliver. Tons of pizza, calzones, sandwiches, and sides. Stop by and check it out!

Called and spoke to Nick and he assured me that a new order would be here in 15-20min

Just picked up my pizza from here. It's awesome; they did it again. I even asked one of the employees for quarters since I need to do laundry tonight. Lol... The owner of the pizza came with 2 rolls. He saved me a trip to the bank and gave me 2 rolls. That's a great way for him to show his personality and how much he cares for the customers. Thank you so Nick's Bistro.
My last order of tips were not real tips. More like strip steak soaked in barbecue sauce.
