Worst post office in history. First of all they don't answer the phone ever. Then I go to visit at 2:30 to fill out my son's passport application. A man starts to assist me and in the middle of my transaction sends me over to another lady to finish my transaction but she was still with another customer. Anyhow my half hour wait was pointless because by the time 3:00 rolled around, the time limit for passports, this lady was not done with the customer before me. My complaint is isn't the postal office first come first serve ??!!! I was already being helped and my transaction was stopped in the middle and then not finished. They are horrible at their job.

Elsa IS HER NAME- I think she is Haitian. SHE IS RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, NOT POLITE to customer. I handed her an address paper to check what is a price to shipped it out (out of the us). She throw it back to me and said $23.99 or something. Count not understand her. Then I started to ask her another question ... she cut me and said $23.00 or something, I was mad then I told her I haven't finish my question, I asked so if I send 100lbs would it be the same....."oh no..no..she said! Then why you jumped into my mouth, her answer was I saw what is in your hand" stupid bi#/!ch. I am a very calm person but this lady just OBNOXIOUS and RUDE.

If any one need to report Haitian women work over there me let know please.

I didn't know that being *illiterate* qualifies you as a Window Clerk at the USPS! ...

Haitian woman on the clerk's window has the MOST hostile, harassing and disgusting attitude to top it off with her lack of communication skills, which are bottom zero. How could someone like this "individual" be on such job working with the public!

This review is not for all employees at the 300 Broadway, Revere, but only for Elsa. She very proudly gave me her name after our heated conversation due to her rudeness. I am not surprised when I read other bad reviews for her ill-manner and coarse behavior. She lacks the basic qualities needed to be dealing with customers. After she shouted that my address was incorrect, I informed her that I did not like her tone and found her rude, she stated that is how she is and will not change for me. WOW! If she cannot be polite and civil to customers than why is she working at that counter. She is so uncivilized and cannot be in a task that requires normal dealings with people. The Post Office is encouraging such attitude if it does not check or take action against those that do not perform their basic duty of conducting business with politeness and civility. The post office is running huge losses year after year and with employees like her they are sending away customers and reducing their revenues.

USPS, please use common sense when hiring people for customer service.

...... I really never write any bad review's for anything.... this is my first because today I witness again that same lady and her name was ELSA-, she told an Spanish lady to write the mailing information in front of an next day paper. As the lady walk away she added " in English, in English" she repeated twice...the manager shold do something.

I will recommended the job then, if I ever know of anyone who's an elementary school dropout seeking for a job!
